Jam Up! is a National Health Service (NHS)-ready digital platform that supports neurodiverse children and those with additional needs to build essential life skills through simple, visual, step-by-step routines. Tasks like getting dressed, brushing teeth, or preparing for school can be overwhelming, often leading to stress at home. Jam Up! reduces this stress by breaking routines into personalised, manageable actions that increase confidence, independence and daily family wellbeing. The platform also enables parent carers to access guidance from healthcare practitioners.
We have met compliance criteria set out by The Organisation for the Review of Health and Care Apps (ORCHA) and NHS Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC) , confirming that Jam Up! meets National Health Service (NHS) standards for clinical safety, technical security, interoperability, usability, accessibility and data protection. We also hold the National Autistic Society (NAS) Autism Kitemark, recognising our commitment to neuro-affirming, accessible design. Our innovation has been externally validated as Runner-Up in the Essex Care Tech Challenge and Winner of the NCODE Innovation Programme at the University of Birmingham. To strengthen clinical credibility, we have an active PhD research programme and National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Health Economic and Inequalities Impact studies underway.
Our commercial model is B2B2C, working with NHS services, local authorities, education settings and employer wellbeing programmes, alongside direct B2C subscriptions for families. Based on current traction and pipeline, we project Year 3 UK profits of £3.3 million, supported by 36,000 B2C subscribers and 26 B2B2C organisational contracts. With planned expansion into the US and India, Year 3 global projections reach £19.8 million in revenue from 286 B2B2C customers.
With 6.6 million children across the US, India and UK requiring practical support for daily living, the neurodiversity sector represents a major unmet need and high-growth market opportunity. Jam Up! has been built to scale, with a continually expanding library of tasks, support videos and analytics that provide meaningful insight for parents, educators and clinicians. Our roadmap includes deeper integration within digital health ecosystems and international rollout.
Jam Up! is more than a digital tool, it’s a practical, evidence-aligned intervention that improves daily life for children and families. We are positioned to become the global standard for supporting neurodiverse young people with everyday living skills.
