The Herd Engine is a Cornwall-based business that helps gaming creators build stable, long-term income from the audiences they already have. The founding team has deep experience in the creator and gaming industries, having scaled major creator networks, built seven-figure digital revenue streams, and secured partnerships with top global creators. We are supported by Iconic Tech, one of the most respected server developers in the industry, enabling us to build high-quality gaming servers and monetise them through passes, events, and in-game digital economies. This combination of access, expertise, and technical strength allows us to deliver a fully managed commercial system for creators.

Our headquarters will be in Cornwall, working closely with regional universities and the area’s growing creative talent base. Because gaming and creator communities are global, we will also build small remote teams in key markets such as the US and EU to support creators internationally and operate servers within local regions.

We are raising £250,000, with the round opening in mid-December. The investment will be used to launch our first servers, onboard creators, grow our Cornwall base, and establish our initial international support network.
